Zecai (Kunming) Trading Co., Ltd. was established in April 1999, originally as Kunming Rongcheng Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. The company boasts a strong background rooted in a large state-owned chemical enterprise and completed its capital restructuring in 2024. Guided by the core philosophy of "people-oriented, scientific management, pioneering innovation, and sustainable development," Zecai has been deeply engaged in the chlorate and perchlorate industries for over two decades, focusing exclusively on the research, production, and sales of salt-based chemical products such as sodium chlorate, sodium perchlorate, and potassium perchlorate.
It owns two wholly-owned factories capable of producing 42,000 tons of sodium chlorate, 42,000 tons of potassium perchlorate, and 20,000 tons of sodium perchlorate annually, while also generating 16 million cubic meters of hydrogen gas per year as a byproduct. This makes it a key domestic production base for chlorates and perchlorates.
Over the years, the company has successfully passed numerous safety, environmental protection, and fire safety inspections, earning comprehensive certifications such as the Safety Production License, Pollution Discharge Permit, Industrial Product Manufacturing License, and ISO:9001 Quality Management System Certification. Additionally, it has been recognized as a Level-3 Enterprise for Safety Standardization.
