Product Description
This product is a chloroprene rubber synthesized via emulsion polymerization, using diisopropyl dithiocarbamate or dodecyl mercaptan as a regulator and chloroprene as the monomer. It is available in two grades: general-purpose and adhesive-grade. This product is equivalent to DuPont’s Type W from the U.S. and Japan Denka Company’s M-40 chloroprene rubber.
Product Performance
Crystallization occurs at a moderate rate, with a density of 1.23. It appears as a milky white or off-white, block-like material and exhibits excellent heat resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures.
Main uses
General-purpose: Manufactures various light-colored rubber products, such as seals, dust covers, rubber rollers, linings, dams, and outer sheaths for hoses, along with miscellaneous rubber items. Adhesive-type (special-purpose): Can be mixed with CR244 to adjust the open time.

Sodium chlorate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula NaClO₃. It appears as a white powder and is highly soluble in water. Known for its strong oxidizing properties, sodium chlorate is a potent oxidizer commonly used in the production of matches, fireworks, and other products. Additionally, it exhibits disinfectant properties, making it valuable in pharmaceuticals, water treatment, and organic synthesis.
Potassium chlorate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula KClO₃. At room temperature, it appears as a white powder or granular solid and exhibits strong oxidizing properties. Highly sensitive as an explosive component, potassium chlorate can easily detonate when heated or subjected to violent impact. Due to its powerful oxidizing ability, it’s also widely used in rocket fuels and as a key ingredient in fireworks.
